An opportunity has arisen for an experienced property professional to join our established sales and lettings business in Leeds, LS6.
Dealing with all aspects of property from Sales and Lettings to new builds and renovations the ideal candidate must have at least 2 years experience in either sales, lettings, or both, and a full, clean UK driving license.
Experience of the Dezrez and CFP software programs would be extremely advantageous; however training will be provided for the right candidate.
A high level of computer literacy is a must.

The role will be extremely varied and will involve some of the following:
General administration
Sales and lettings progression
Carrying out viewings and market appraisals
Meeting new landlords and vendors
Site visits

A high standard of both written and verbal communication skills is essential, and the candidate must be well spoken and well presented.

Salary is negotiable dependant on experience
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm with 1 hour for lunch
Some weekend and evening work will be required during the busiest times of the year.
