Internal work. 4 rooms plus hallway. Painting walls only. No woodwork. Some prep required (caulking etc):

- lounge (17'9" X 11'6")
- dining (11'2" X 10'6")
- 3 walls + ceiling in kitchen (15'9" X 9'2")
- downstairs guest washroom
- hallway (17'4" X 5'7"), inlcuding wall following staircase to landing
- 1 bedroom (12'2" X 10'3") - possibly just 2 walls.

Max height for rooms is approx 7'9".
All sizes are approximate.

Paint will be provided. Will need to bring your own brushes etc.

Looking for professional, tidy & reliable person. Local people need apply only. Pictures can be supplied on request e.g. areas where prep maybe required. Please feel free to arrange a visit to quote on site.
