This role will suit a Handyman / Caretaker / Maintenance operative with recent electrical or plumbing and general DIY skills. The role is working for a large corporate company based in Dorking.

Key responsibilities:
• Building and site services maintenance
• Lighting, mechanical, electrical, heating, plumbing, alarms.
• Grounds maintenance
• Ad hoc post room duties
• Occasional front of house cover
