Reliable, experienced and loyal general maintenance handyman required for property development firm based in central London. The role covers aftercare maintenance on c 300 properties in London and the South East. The role is mobile between all our sites and returning to HQ most days.

Experience of aftercare/maintenance repairs, carpentry and plumbing is essential, along with a good level of written and spoken English. Good professional appearance and excellent customer-facing skills are also essential.

Tiling, plastering, flooring, dry-lining or electrical experience would also be very useful.

Full clean driving licence required. Company van, branded clothing/uniform, tools and mobile phone will be provided.

You must be in possession of the right to reside and work in the UK - we will request sight of all relevant ID and visas, as applicable.

Full time permanent role (or self-employed via payroll company - TBC), working 37-45 hours per week, inc. occasional Saturdays. Salary £25K to £30K per annum, dependant on experience.
