25 years experience in all aspects of the catering and licensed trade.......I'm looking for either permanent or temporary work and willing to relocate if accommodation is offered.

Worked as head chef in pubs, Italian restaurants, care homes and also owned my own pub and restaurant.
I'm no fine dining chef but work to very high standards
