We are currently looking for a Chef De Partie for The Award Winning Gun in Docklands, a busy, high quality Restaurant and Gastro Pub

The Gun has a 40 cover fine dining restaurant, a beautiful bar (Grade II listed), 2 private dining rooms and a terrace looking out over the river, offering an extensive wine list and excellent food. We are open 7 days a week and cater for private dining, weddings and canapés parties as well as regular diners.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team, 2+ years experience in a similar environment would be an advantage. This position would suit somebody energetic with some experience in a similar role with relevant qualifications looking to work in a dynamic environment. Applicants should have the ability to run a section in a high volume environment, a keen interest to learn and a natural passion for food.

We pay well directly into your bank account every fortnight, the salary offered will be dependent on experience and you will be expected to work 7 shifts per week.
