We are looking for (full & part time) experienced front of house staff for a new restaurant in Birmingham City centre.

The restaurant will offer an authentic Spanish/Mediterranean experience for our customers. We will serve freshly prepared food using high quality ingredients and offered at incredible value. The service style is friendly and informal but very efficient.

If you have a passion for serving food and drinks and putting smiles on people's faces, this is the job for you. If you are full of life, bubbly, have a massive smile on your face and understand the art of exceptional customer service, then please apply.

The front of house team will ensure each and every one of our customers have a great service experience.

You'll be responsible for taking orders, serving excellent quality food and a great range of drinks.

You'll work with the team on shift to create a friendly & buzzing atmosphere for our customers to enjoy.

You'll ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, compliance with licensing law and cash handling procedures.

The key is a passion for delivering the highest standards of customer service. Don't worry if you haven't had lots of experience, we'll give you all the training you need. In return you should be enthusiastic about what you do, and willing to learn. You should also have a good eye for detail and be able to work under pressure.

Applicants with recent, relevant restaurant experience will be considered for interview, preferably from a similar casual dining background. You will already have a basic knowledge of wines, beers, food and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Excellent English is essential, as you will be customer facing.
