Sous Chef required for city centre pub serving high quality fresh food.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, passionate, talented and professional Sous Chef to join our existing small team. Rosette standard candidates only will be considered.You will be required to assist in day to day running of the kitchen, and must be able to deputise in the absence of the Head Chef. Your duties will include staff training and supervision, stock control, ordering, kitchen hygiene, menu planning, monitoring GP and daily costs.
You must be able to demonstrate strong kitchen management skills in addition to being hands on. You must have had a background working within high standard gastro pubs or restaurants prior work in a similar environment would be very beneficial.
