Existing Land And Property Brokers

We are a fast growing brokerage based in Central London looking to expand our trading platform dealing with land and property investments in Emerging markets. The company has been built by highly experienced financial professionals whom have created a mature environment driven by a collective ambition to make the company a market leader. Successful candidates can expect to earn six figures in the first year of employment if targets are hit...

The successful candidate will need a strong background in alternative investments including wine, land or commodities. You will need to be a hard working and self-motivated individual. To work as part of our team and capable of achieving set targets.

The Role:
· Business Development cold call current investors and gain understanding of current investments and investment goals.
· Engage new clients with land and property investments in Emerging markets; provide a comprehensive summary of the market.
· Close investment deals via telephone and face to face meeting.
· Up hold the highest level of compliance throughout deal process
· Provide excellent aftercare to clients, and engage them with new opportunities.
· Tenacious, hungry and driven to succeed.
· Very articulate with the ability to build rapport
· The ability to work in a results driven and pressurised environment
