ACTUALISE Search & Selection is a leading International Executive Search company specialised in the recruitment of the Actuary field Insurance, Risk Management & Actuary Consulting.
We already operated in more than 15 countries and our ambition is to cover all European countries. We are specialised in pure head-hunting techniques to attract the highest calibre candidates to our
client companies.

OBJECTIVE:
Start as Junior Researcher, learn the job of sourcing high talented actuaries during the first months on daily training, external training and real practice with recruitment projects in order to become Senior
Researcher, expert of all headhunting techniques, after 3 months period of training.

ROLE:
The Researcher will be fully responsible for delivering searches for our Belgium Market. The Researcher's aim is to provide a useful service to our consultants.

The main duties of this role will include (non-exhaustive list):

>> Sourcing Candidates in Belgium:
* Using Social Media website (LinkedIn, Viadeo, Xing), internal database, and different
headhunting techniques;
* Marketing mailshot campaigns to Belgium actuaries

>> Developing and managing social media platforms
* Managing, updating content;
* Extending open network on LinkedIn, Viadeo, Xing.

>> Building organisation Chart in targeted company
* Collection information techniques;
* Updating database with all targeted companies in Belgium.

>> Database management:
* CRM Database management: optimisation, completing information;

>> Generating market intelligence.
* Collecting information about actuary market;
* Building Salary Survey

REQUIREMENTS:
* Education background: Bachelor degree level in Business School, other post graduate qualifications or equivalent;
* Language: Good French & Dutch skills (written and spoken);
* Skills: Strong Sales skills and interest in Recruitment; and excellent communication skills using the phone
* Experience: First successful telesales experience, i.e. must be in a Sales environment, in Recruitment will be a real advantage;

SALARY:
- During 3 months of training: £500/month + Monthly Challenge (up to £200) + Commission System
- As Professional Researcher: BASIS SALARY + LUCRATIVE COMMISSION STRUCTURE
** First Year: OTE £20K to £30K;
** Second Year: OTE £30K to £40K;
