This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate seeking to progress their career in Training within a rapidly expanding company. You will take sole ownership of training, mentoring and auditing our sales team. There is huge potential for progression and growth within this position as the company has plans to double in size over the next 6 months.
Our Company is approaching its fifth year of trading and it has never been busier! We have a great team of approximately 65 sales and support staff. We provide onsite benefits such as a pool table, Xbox 360, music system throughout the office, tea, coffee and cakes etc. We also have morning and afternoon breaks so all our team feel focused for work throughout the day.
Job Title: Sales Trainer
Permanent Salary: 16k - 24k Negotiable depending on experience
Hours of work: 10.00 am 6.00 pm Monday to Thursday, 9.00 am 5.00pm Friday. Possibility of flexitime (35 hours per week)
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days holiday per annum pro rata, plus bank holidays.
Duties will include:
Training new starters
Mentoring current staff
Updating and implanting a new training scheme
Helping write scripts and monitoring sales pitch
Auditing the sales calls, making sure they comply with company regulations and standards.
What we are looking for:
The successful candidate will be a enthusiastic, reliable, outgoing and a trustworthy team player. You will be able to represent yourself and the company well. Be able to communicate and get along with busy sales and support staff. You will need to report at Director level and have the ability to train and help all members of staff. Ideally someone with experience in training and monitoring a busy sales team is ideal but we will consider people that have the enthusiasm and professionalism to succeed in this type of position.
