We are currently recruiting for fantastic hospitality minded individuals with a passion for food and beverage to join our Restaurant team in the following areas:

Breakfast Host
Weekend Restaurant Waiter/ess
Full time Restaurant Waiter/ess
Wine Waiter/ess

The Kings Restaurant at The Grand is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and currently serves a modern British style of cuisine, with our food being awarded one rosette status. Later this year, the Restaurant @ The Grand is due to enter into a period of refurbishment, where we will launch a new seafood restaurant, offering a unique dining experience where you can enjoy the South coastÂ’s finest fish caught daily, surrounded by a warm, boutique style décor.

The ideal applicants in all positions will have previous experience in a similar environment and will have the personal drive, enthusiasm and commitment to deliver exceptional service to our guests. You will be able to demonstrate great examples of when you have personally delivered fantastic service and have a wealth of food and beverage knowledge that you will love sharing with our guests. You will also have a good command of the English language and have excellent personal grooming standards.
