As one of the leading Natural Stone manufacturers and suppliers, our client offers their customers a wide choice of the highest quality marble, granite and limestone for both the interior and exterior of the house. They are looking to expand their long established company, and as such, an opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join their team.

Our client seeks a motivated professional with experience of estimation backed by a good knowledge of interior design and the construction processes. Offering self-development opportunities, this exciting and challenging position is one not to be missed.
As an Estimator, you will be tasked with effectively presenting the company’s commercial edge.

You will communicate with our supply chain from across the globe to realise the optimum available solution for the client, procured and delivered in the most efficient and economical manner.

Working in a team, you will cooperate and coordinate the sales, manufacturing and delivery team. You will also help with the relationship management of current and new client accounts.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Proven experience in a similar role with a trade contractor. Ideally in Natural stone or joinery or fit out.
- Experience in using AutoCAD.
- Strong computer skills, especially in Excel
- Strong organisational and recording abilities
- Knowledge of interior design and building.
- Mathematically competent
- Very good communication skills

Focused, you must possess plenty of common sense and the ability to get things done.

A degree in Quantity Surveying, interior design or a related field would be desirable to your application, but this is by no means essential.
