Based in Balham SW12 we are looking for an eCommerce assistant within the warehouse department to pick and pack internet orders, process sales invoices for payment and deal with customer queries. The ideal candidate must possess relevant experience with good administrative & computer skills, fast & accurate data entry with a basic level of numeracy.

Key aspects of the job will be:
• Ecommerce picking.
• Warehouse & invoicing support.
• Customer queries.
• Ensure dispatch as per instructions on order sheet

Applicants must have:
• Good Keyboard & numerical accuracy skills
• Excellent written & spoken English.

If you can commit to 32 hours per week we will need you to work the following shifts:
Monday:- 08.00 – 5.00pm
Tuesday:- 08.00 – 5.00pm
Wednesday:- 08.00 – 5.00pm
Thursday:- 08.00 – 5.00pm

In return we are offering £16,500 per annum pro rata, 30% staff discounts on most products, 5.6 weeks annual leave, bonus payments, training opportunities and a friendly working environment.
