To ensure that the bar, award-winning restaurant and 13 room 4 star Inn operate efficiently and profitably, whilst maintaining and delivering an excellent service to customers. To represent, promote and manage the business in a professional and courteous manner and be responsible for all aspects of the business in the absence of the proprietors. To supervise and train all staff members and ensure they perform their tasks to the highest possible standard.
We are looking for a highly motivated and capable individual who has the desire and ambition to progress within the hospitality industry. Previous supervisory experience within a bar or restaurant/hotel is essential and we will only interview applicants who can provide references and a cover letter with their CV & Photo. We can offer between 18-19k salary (plus tips) dependent on experience and live-in accommodation for £42 p/week.
