We are a small progressive pub company and are currently seeking new people to join our team at one of our successful public house's in the affluent market town of Reigate

The position would suit someone who is looking to move forward in the public house trade and learn how to run all aspects of a business .

Our philosophy is to give people the opportunity to think for themselves and bring new ideas to the table .

The successful applicants will need to be prepared to be accountable as well as responsible and to take ownership of the role, be prepared to be involved in business decisions and feel that they are are a part of a business.

Must have at least 1 years experience at supervisor level, be a good communicator, good with people at all levels, happy to work whilst others are enjoying themselves.

There is a need to be numerically accurate for Stocktaking and using EPOS. A good working knowledge of Cellar Management and the surrounding issues of Health and Safety together with an understanding of pub food operations and hygiene standards will also have to be demonstrated.

The company will provide a mutually agreed training programme to the successful applicants.
