An up and coming contact centre is looking for a dialler manager to oversee, run and operate their dialler system.
You will be responsible for:
Dialler Management ensuring that the dialler is performing to its full potential, in regards to data usage, associate utilisation and overall campaign performance.
User Accounts Adding/managing new and existing dialler users, and ensuring they have the correct permissions set for their role.
Database Administration including profiling, modelling and processing the data to ensure the dialler and campaign is running as effectively as possible.
OFCOM Compliance you must keep informed and up to date with all relevant OFCOM regulations, to ensure that all dialler activity adheres to their rules.
Manage Reports provide in depth reports on data usage and dialler performance; these must be up to date and accurate. You must also provide advice on improvements/developments.
Managing all aspects of IT; including the hardware, operating systems, internet connectivity, firewalls and LAN infrastructure.
Any other duties associated with IT/dialler management.
You must:
Have extensive experience of managing a dialler/telephony system
Have knowledge of network infrastructure hardware and software including network switches, internet connectivity, firewalls and VPNs.
Have experience of managing servers.
Have experience of SQL.
Be able to understand and resolve complex technical issues.
Be highly organised, able to prioritise tasks effectively and manage your time well.
The role is full time, with the working hours being 11am to 8pm, including Saturdays. The salary is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum with OTE of £40,000. Please send your CV if you are interested in this position.
