Job: To control, manage and develop a Mobile Despatch Team working in conjunction with a Support Team to adapt and develop the service offerings to meet the needs of our customers.
To ensure that service levels and operational targets are met.
Reporting to: Fleet Operations Director
Scope: Manage a team of 15-30 Mobile dispatchers and administrative support team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:-
Despatch Centre is manned efficiently to meet the needs of the business.
Despatchers are trained and competent to effectively manage workloads.
Continually review process and working practices to achieve greater efficiency
Manage and review performance of direct reports
Ensures Health & Safety aspects affecting their own and others job roles are adhered too.

Computer literate proficient in MS Software.
