Set on 3 floors - the ground bar with floor to ceiling windows, the split floor mezzanine level popular for casual drinks, meeting friends; perfect for parties and functions. Leading out onto our stunning Riverview Restaurant with unrivalled views across the Thames serving classic British menu with emphasis on daily fish specials.

The Deputy Manager will work closely with the GM and Kitchen manager to ensure the ongoing success of the Boathouse,

General Description:

Responsible for the day to day running of the business. Be fully accountable for the business in the General Managers absence.
Key leadership in delivering the pubs mission statement and vision.
Comply with all licensing regulations and respect local community.
Deliver service level agreements.
Be fully responsible for the controls in the business and accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate will need to have:
A minimum of 1 year experience as a Deputy Manager, preferably at the food led business/restaurant
Evidence of successfully controlling business KPIs
Willing to take this challenging role on as a last step towards a General Manager position within the company
Be able to lead and inspire a large team, focused on delivering the very best levels of service and customer care. Working with the team leading from the front set the standards and manage performance.
Have an eye for detail and ability to implement compliance procedures, controls and standards
Have social media marketing experience
