Vinsani Ltd is looking to fill a full time Customer Support position to help with phone queries, emails and stock keeping support for our online retail business.

As a Vinsani employee you will be an intrinsic part of a young and dynamic team. You will be liaising with customers, suppliers, wholesale clients, researching items for customers and dealing with enquiries. The successful candidate will be articulate, well presented, computer literate, and enthusiastic.

You should have good writing skills and attention to detail. You should be a team player, willing to learn new skills and well organised.

This is an office based role and main part of the job will be be to provide Customer Service via e-mail.

Requirements:

- You will need to speak and write English fluently.
- You must have an excellent writing skills.
- You must have an excellent telephone manner.
- You must must have good IT skills
- Achieved GCSE A*/A or similar grades in English.
- Reside in Surrounding Areas

We use an in-house software, and training will be provided for this. Flexibility to undertake other tasks is also expected.

Evening and weekend work will be involved during busy periods (particularly in the run-up to Christmas), often at short notice, so you need to be flexible with working hours.

Your duties will include:

• Ensuring all emails received before 5PM are replied to and in correct manner.
• Returns to be processed as soon as they come in and in an efficient manner – quality control check of returned items
• Keeping low negative feedback/score on eBay, Amazon and Play
• Help staff and reply to priority emails
• Quick resolution of claims on eBay and Amazon

Starting Salary: 15,000 per annum + Incentives

POSITION DETAILS:

- Start: Immediate
- Working Hours 40+
- Holiday: Self Accrued Statutory Holiday
