The Portsmouth Marriott Hotel have a position available for a Demi Chef de Partie for our AA Rosette Sealevel Restaurant.
To assist with the management and development of the food operation within the hotel in order to maximise guest satisfaction, associate fulfillment and profit contribution. To actively participate in and contribute to the operation of the Food and Beverage department. To ensure full compliance with all aspects of food safety and hygiene management in accordance with company policy and procedures.
