Basic salary up to £19,000 + Overtime paid

Our client is an award winning very prestigious and stylish restaurant set in the heart of London. The restaurant has gained an excellent reputation because of its fresh innovative modern British cuisine specialising in fresh fish & seafood dishes and exceptional service standards. The Head chef is currently looking for a demi chef de partie to join the existing brigade of 12 chefs.
As the Demi Chef de Partie you will be reporting to the Head & Sous Chef
Assisting the other members of the brigade
Report to the senior chefs and complete all designated tasks as instructed
Ensuring that your section is kept in an organized state and complies with health and hygiene regulations
Working on sections as instructed
The ideal candidate will have previous experience at rosette level or within a well-established restaurant / pub or hotel with a passion for good food
