We are looking for a well-motivated person to join our Product Team.

You will be responsible for:

1. Analysing products, researching and creating marketing and sales text and features lists.
2. Thinking outside of the box about product features, uses and ways to market.
3. Constantly looking for better, newer ways to sell and market our product range.
4. Maintaining and adding products to our live database and website.
5. Analysing our competitors behaviour and pricing policies.
6. Retouching photographs and imagery (training will be given).
7. Keeping up to date with our target market and looking for ways to create sales opportunities.
8. Managing a system that ensures timely updates to products and amends to errors.
9. Working with the Web Team to create products and pages that sell, sell, sell!
10. Work with and provide support for our Design Studio to facilitate the creation of our printed catalogue.

In addition, you may also be required to:

1. Answer telephones and take sales calls.
2. Liaise with different departments throughout the business.
3. Liaise with suppliers to obtain correct information for products.

You will be:
1. IT Literate on Mac and/or PC.
2. Web-savvy, with history of using large e-commerce websites.
3. A fluent speaker and writer of English, with impeccable spelling and grammar.
4. Polite, courteous and customer-focused.
5. Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
6. A real team player.
7. Answerable to the Product Team Leader and Managing Director.

You may also have:
1. Photo-editing skills using Photoshop.
2. Experience in web video delivery systems such as YouTube.
3. Experience in handling a large database of products and/or customers.
