We are an small online clothes retailing shop and now need a General Manager, 2 customer service staff and a order packing staff.

Our office is close to Crossharbour DLR station, London, E14 8PX.

General Manager




Your duties will include:
1, Manage 3 staff members. Recruit and train new staff if necessary.
2, Print orders,
3, Ensure all orders to be dispatched every day.
4, Prepare business supplies.
5, Manage Customer Service
6, Book keeping
7, Administration
8, Ensure key tasks to be accomplished on time.
9, Manage business performance and cost.
10, Any other tasks that you can’t find anybody to do.

You don’t need to worry about sales at this moment. Just focus on operation. Maybe need to look after sales in a few months.
Be able to do any position in the company, to act as a backup of all roles.

7, Can fix normal computer problems.
8, Fimilar with Microsoft Word/Excel/Frontpage/Powerpoint

If you can speak Chinese, that would be an advantage.

Customer Service Staff


This is a full-time job.

duties:
1, answer phone calls
2, reply emails
3, when necessary, help to pack orders
4, purchase business supplies
5, record all staff's working time
6, other tasks if required


requirements:

hardworking
good English skills
good phone skills
good computer skills, familiar with computer, microsoft Word/Excel
fast typing
keen to learn
need to work overtime occasionally on weekdays and weekends

If you can use PHP/mySQL, Photoshop, this would be a great advantage.

This is a part-time job at the beginning, but will become a full-time as the sales volumn increases.

good phone skills
good computer skills, familiar with computer, Microsoft Excel/Frontpage, Photoshop

This is a part-time job at the beginning, but will become a full-time as the sales volumn increases.

1, take orders, pack goods
2, put new goods on shelf
3, handle returned goods
4, other tasks when required


requirements:
hardworking
good English skills
keen to learn
need to work overtime occasionally on weekdays
need to work on weekends
good phone skills
sometimes may need to do heavy jobs, like taking big boxes.
