Customer Service / Sales Representative

Live Innovations is seeking energetic and confident Customer Service / Sales Representatives to work with new customers. If you are fantastic with people, interested in working in a dynamic and varied business, and comfortable working as part of a large team, Live Innovations could be the right company for you!

Live Innovations is the premier outsourced sales and marketing company in London. We service FTSE 100 companies through to local business with a unique, direct, face-to-face approach. We currently target business, residential and retail customers for our clients.

Due to new clients, and increased budgets in 2014, we need 10+ people to start as soon as possible.

Customer Service / Sales Representatives:

* Meet with current and new customers so excellent communication skills are required
* Promote clients products and services so an interest in sales is beneficial
* Assist in the improvement of direct marketing strategies
* Assist in analysis and research tasks
* Have direct input into their own daily schedule so organisational skills are a must
* Liaise with management daily to ensure smooth result for clients

Applicants Must:

* Be over 18 and eligible to work in the UK
* Be available for full time hours
* Be willing to learn and accept feedback
* Enjoy working with customers face-to-face
* Be able to commute to Central London daily

What happens next?

Following initial face-to-face meetings, we’d like to invite a select group back for an unpaid trial day so we can both make a more educated final decision on this self employed opportunity. Those given the opportunity to represent our clients will then be offered product-training workshops, the opportunity to spend time in the field working alongside others, and ongoing guidance and support.
