A Great Opportunity Is Now Available Working Within A Very Stable Yet Rapidly Growing Online Gaming Industry. The Need Has Arisen For Fluent German Speakers With The Good Command Of English And Office/customer Service Experience, Required To Help With The Company’s New Direction.

Experience Of At Least 1 Year In The Customer Service Is Necessary - Please Ensure That You Have Worked In A Customer Service Role And That You Are Confident Operating In A Business Environment. Some Shift Work And On-call Duties Will Be Required As A Part Of This Role.

To Be Suitable For This Role You Must Have The Following Skills, The Company Cannot Accept Candidates That Do Not Meet These Criteria;
• Fluent In Written And Spoken GERMAN.
• Good Command Of English.
• Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Email And Instant Messaging Applications).
• At Least 1 Year’s Previous Experience Working In A Customer Service Based Role.

Desired Skills And Abilities, The Company Will Look Favourably On The Follow Skills;
• Excellent Telephone Manner, In Particular In A Telephony Environment.
• Learn New PC And Web-based Applications Quickly And Easily.
• Knowledge Of HTML Or Basis Website Construction.
• Experience As A Croupier.
• Ability To Perform Well Under Pressure And Meet Aggressive Deadlines.
• Additional Languages Would Be A Bonus.
• Knowledge Of The Casino And Gambling Industry.

You Will Be Required To;
Answer Inbound And Make Outbound Contacts Within Guidelines/goals Created By MD. Some Content Management And Article Writing Will Be Required. Experience In A Customer Facing Role, In Particular In A Telephony Environment Is Of Benefit But Not Essential.

Escalate Questions And Issues To Managing Director And 2nd Level Vendor Support As Required.

Make Short Trips To Germany And Other International Locations As Required On A As Needs Basis.

This Position May Develop Into A Senior Position Within Our Growing Customer Service Team.

Salary And Other;
- This Role Is Based In Our West London Office Near Turnham Green Station.
- Up To £27k Dependent On Experience.
- 35 Hours Per Week. Office Hours. In Addition The Role Will Be Part On-call For Out Of Hours Cover On A Rota-basis.
