About the role
You've a real talent for making customers feel special when you're on the phone. It's in the way you talk and, just as importantly, in the way you listen. When a customer calls, you'll be quick to understand their needs and do everything in your power to help them. No one likes to be passed from pillar to post, so you'll use that impressive initiative of yours to solve problems and come up with great solutions.
About you
Now, three words to describe you? Positive, helpful, cheerful. So, when it comes to our customers and your calls, nothing's ever too much trouble. You make a real effort to make each call your own and you love nothing more than happy customers. You'll take lots of calls each day, but you see every one as a new challenge and a new opportunity to deliver excellent customer service. We'd like you to have a strong customer service background, good PC skills and the ability to quickly get to grips with the legal ins-and-outs of insurance.
