Customer Service: Whilst Ken’s Yard Is An E-commerce Business, The Nature Of The Products We Sell Means There Is A Significant Amount Of Customer Service Involved, From Dealing With General And Technical Customer Enquiries To Composing Quotes For Bulk Orders. We Need Someone Who Enjoys Interacting With Customers And Building Rapport, Has A Good Eye For Sales Especially In Terms Of Cross-selling And Up-selling.

As Operations Manager, You Have The Freedom And Responsibility To Look At The Way Ken’s Yard Deals With Customers And Implement New Systems And Procedures To Help Streamline And Improve That Service.

Operations Management: We Need Someone With A Good Head For Problem Solving And An Enthusiasm To Improve The Business As A Whole. Someone Who Will Not Just Accept The Procedures And Systems They Are Provided But Will Think Of Ways To Improve Those Areas And Consequently Increase The Efficiency, Output And Reputation Of The Business.

The Warehouse Team Are Currently Quite Young And Inexperienced And Require Some Day-to-day Management To Ensure The Customer Service Process Is Managed Effectively Full Cycle, From Helping The Customer To Decide On Their Order, Place Their Order, And Subsequently Receive Their Order Promptly And In Good Condition.
