Full Time Experienced Customer Service Executives Required For A Call Centre Based In Richmond On Behalf Of A Leading Car Manufacturer.

The Contact Centre Is Dedicated To Resolving Customer Enquiries And Complaints Whilst Building Complete Customer Satisfaction. You Will Be Responsible For Providing Product Information, Arranging Test Drives And Sending Out Brochures, Obtaining Feedback On Test Drives As Well As Being The First Point Of Contact For Any Complaints That May Need To Be Dealt With.

The Role Involves Both Inbound And Outbound Calls, And You May Also Be Required To Responding To Emails And Letters.

We Are Therefore Looking For Candidates With The Following:

• Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written.
• Professional Individuals Who Find It Easy To Build Rapport On The Phone.
• A Minimum Of Four Months Customer Service Experience Ideally In A Call Centre Environment.
• Previous Sales Experience
• Complaint Handling Experience Is Desirable.
• Previous Admin Experience Essential

OTE 17.5 K In Your First Year!

Working Hours: 40 Hours P/wk On A Rotating Shift Pattern. The Contact Centre Is Open 9.30am – 8pm Monday To Friday And 9.30 – 1pm On A Saturday So You Could Be Working Any Time Within These Hours.

You Will Be PAID WEEKLY And We Are Looking To Interview Candidates ASAP.
