Contribute To The Team's Objectives And Targets, And In Particular, Those In Place For The Retention Of All The Organisations Members.
Process Subscription And Late Payment Fees In An Efficient And Timely Manner And Within Agreed SLA's
Process Direct Debit Information Within Agreed Deadlines And Ensure The Quality Of The Information Stored To Aid The Successful Collection Of Fees.
Process Applications For Reduced Subscription, Life Membership And Light Reinstatement Efficiently And Effectively And Within Agreed SLA's
Process Cease Of Membership Ensuring That Wherever Possible A Reason For Leaving Is Captured, Proactively Identifying And Communicating Any Emerging Trends.
Assist With The Generation Of All Renewal Related Communications And To Have A Full Understanding Of The Membership And The Benefits At Each Level In Order To Ensure That The Communications Influence Key Decision Making Moments.
Provide Excellent Service To Internal And External Customers By Ensuring The Prompt, Efficient And Accurate Handling Of All Enquiries.
Respond To Second Line Escalated Calls Associated With The Renewal Process Escalated From The Contact Centre.
