A Birmingham Based Locksmiths Has An Opportunity For An Apprentice Between The Ages Of 16- 18 To Fulfil A Customer Service Role Within Their Organisation.

Duties Will Include:
Dealing Directly With Customers Either By Telephone Or Face-to-face
Ordering Products
Keeping Records Of Customer Transactions
Administration Duties

You Will Require Good Communication Skills And Listening Skills And Also Have A Good Level Of English, Maths And ICT To Undertake The Required Duties.

The Successful Candidate Will Complete A Level 2 NVQ Qualification In Customer Services And Will Be Paid £97.50 Per Week. Working Hours Will Be Monday – Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
