Customer Service Person Required For Busy Health Club in Richmond

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused person to join our front of house team.

About the role

You will work as part of a team, delivering the highest standards of customer service and striving towards improving clients satisfaction levels at all times.

Demonstrate a friendly and professional manner at all times both on the telephone and when meeting and greeting members within the club.

In addition you will assist in over seeing the secondary income from swimming lessons, personal training and retail.

You will be required to adhere to the standard operating procedures of the club and support the club administration process.

We are looking for the following-

Experience in a customer service environment and passionate about service

Extremely well organised and computer literate.

Enthusiastic and driven individual, able to meet deadlines

Excellent communicator with good command of the English Language

You will have strong team work skills

Have till experience and cashing up

IT literate, good organisation skills and able to multi task.

First aid and lifeguard qualifications would be useful

Previous of experience of working in either a Health Cub or Hotel would be an advantage.

Have a good understanding or keen interest in personal training, swimming lessons, retail, exercise classes, gym and beauty.
