We Have Three Positions Available Within Our Investigations Department.
2 X Part-time – 20 Hours
Monday To Friday 9.00am – 1.00pm
Monday To Friday 1.15pm – 5.15pm
1 Full Time – 37.5 Hours
Monday To Friday 9.00 – 5.00pm (half Hour Lunch)
£7.00 Per Hour.
The Successful Candidate Will:
? Have Previous Experience Of Sales Lead Generation
? Have Experience Of Working In A Sales Through Service Environment Is Desirable
? Have Good Administration & PC Skills
? Have Fantastic Communication Skills Both Written And Verbal
? Have The Ability To Work With Limited Supervision
? Have Excellent Attention To Detail
Their Responsibilities Will Include:
? Making Outgoing Calls To Customers
? Dealing With Customers Over The Phone
? Working Within A Busy Customer Focused Team
? Building And Maintaining Relationships With Customers
? Converting Non Using Customers To Users
? Obtaining Ongoing New Instructions
? Dealing With General Queries From Customers Over The Phone
? Answering Inbound Calls
? Providing A Professional Standard Of Customer Service At All Times
? Data Entry And Data Cleansing
? Logging Accurate Records
? Achieving Set Targets
? Identifying New Potential Customers
? Generating New Business
? Sending Marketing Emails
