Our Client, A High Profile Financial Services Organisation, Is Looking For Enthusiastic Customer Service Agents To Join Their Busy Team, Based In The Westmarketgait Area Of Dundee.
You Will Be Handling High Volume Inbound Calls From Customers Requiring Assistance With Their Online Accounts (namely Password Resets). This Role Is 100% Telephony Based, So You Should Have A Strong Background In Customer Service And Display Excellent Communication Skills. This Is A High Paced Working Environment, So You Should Also Be Comfortable Working Under Pressure And To Meet Targets.
Full Training Is Given, But No Holidays Can Be Taken During This Training Period.
Key Competencies Required For This Role Include:
- The Ability To Deliver Excellent Customer Service At All Times
- The Ability To Work To Targets
- Good Timekeeping And Time Management
- Attention To Detail
This Is A Full Time Role (35 Hour Week), With A Rotational Shift Pattern Between The Hours Of 8am And 8pm. You Must Be Able To Work Between These Hours. The Rate Of Pay Is £8.11 Per Hour.
This Role Is Due To Start On Monday 5th March, So You Must Be Available To Start On This Day.
All Applicants MUST Be Able To Pass A Credit Check.
