This Role Is An Inbound Customer Service Advisor Role Working For The Student Loans Campaign Within Teleperformance. You Would Be Working As An Agent To Provide Guidance And Support To Individuals Who Are Enquiring About A Student Loan.

The Job Requires Two Weeks Intense Training Which Is Mon - Fri, 9am To 5pm. It Is Essential That You Attend 100% Of Training. The Hours Of The Role Are Between The Hours Of 8am To 8pm Mon - Fri, And 8am To 5.30pm Sat And Sun. You Would Be Working 5 Days Over 7 Days, 37.5 Hours A Week.
Salary £11,856pa.
Identification Is Required At The Assessment Centre, Either A Passport Or A Birth Certificate (longer Version). For Non UK/EU Passport Holders A Valid Passport Must Be Provided With A Valid Visa/work Permit. All Candidates Must Also Bring With Them Proof Of Address Dated Within The Last 3 Months.
The Recruitment Process Will Involve An Initial Telephone Interview. If Successful You Will Be Invited To Attend An Assessment Centre, Which May Last 3 Hours. The Date And Time Will Be Confirmed. In The Group Assessment We Will Be Using A Variety Of Methods To Assess Your Skills, This Will Include Various Written Exercises, A Comprehension Test And Group Exercise. The Final Stage Of The Assessment Centre Will Be A Competency Based Interview.
During The Assessment Centre Stage You Will Also Be Required To Complete A Disclosure Scotland Form And Any Offer Of Employment Will Be Subject To Satisfactory Disclosure.
