Customer Service Advisor who knows what gets people excited
£14,400 pro rata (Evenings 5pm-10pm Minimum 20 Hours) + performance related bonus opportunities + amazing benefits
As one of our Customer Service Advisors you’ll go out of your way to get to know our customers and find out what services are going to really make their day. So when someone calls in with a question or a problem, you’ll be ready to help. With experience of handling customer calls and a helpful and friendly tone, you’ll sort out everything from payments and upgrades to problems with their phone signal. So, naturally, you’ll need to be great at thinking around problems and giving our customers brilliant service.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• To provide a high quality service to each customer, using the information provided to offer the best solution for each customer.
• Aim to resolve the customer query first time by developing your Virgin Media technical product, systems and pricing knowledge.
• To ensure any after call work is carried out accurately and efficiently within the time allocated (e.g. inputting details on the computer, completion of relevant forms).
Essential Skills and Experience
•Highly effective communication skills
•Basic computer skills
•Previous experience of dealing with customers
•Interest in and basic understanding of mobile/cable products and services
•Basic numeracy
•Good standard of written English
