With Customers Including Some Of The Industry’s Largest Mobile Phone Retailers And Networks, Mobile Phone Xchange Are A Rapidly Expanding Mobile Phone Recycling Company, Recognised At No 19 In The Sunday Times Track 100 List Of Fastest Growing Companies In The UK.
As Part Of Our Expansion We Are Now Looking To Recruit Two Customer Service Advisors. The Role Will Provide The Candidate Not Only The Chance To Make A Real Difference To The Company They Are Joining But Also Become Part Of A Team Dedicated To Improvement.
The Role Is Varied And Will Include Customer Support To Retail Stores And End Users, Logistics Queries From Our Warehousing Partners And Liaising With Other Members Of The Business To Resolve Issues Quickly And Efficiently. Additionally A Strong Ability To Work And Think Independently Is Required Coupled With A “Can Do” Attitude”.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
• 1-2 Years UK Experience In Customer Service Or A Front End Telephone Role.
• Excellent Telephone Manner And Good Computer Skills.
• Be Able To Demonstrate A Genuine Enthusiasm For Work
• A Mature Attitude To Work
• Looking For A Job Offering Long Term Stability
Knowledge Of Mobile Phones Is Preferred But Not Essential
The Working Hours Are Between 9 Am And 5.30 Pm Monday – Friday And The Salary Is £19,000 Pa.
