Successful Candidates Will Be Responsible For The Provision Of First Class Levels Of Customer Service To Customers, Ensuring That An Outstanding Quality Of Service Is Delivered At All Times. Duties Will Include Liaising With Customers Over The Telephone And By Written Correspondence, Whilst Also Offering Any Relevant Additional Products Or Services. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Previous Experience Within A Customer Service Background, Ideally From Within A Call Centre Environment, And Will Thrive Working Within A Bustling, Fast Paced Environment.
