Customer Service Adviser
£12,014 - £16,476 + 25% benefit funding

Working within our Specialist Banking Department, youll provide first class support to a team of Advisers in building and maintaining long term relationships with our customers. Acting as an initial point of contact, youll liaise with our customers over the telephone and deal with a wide range of enquiries with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Working closely with the Specialist Financial Advice team, youll also proactively contribute to managing a portfolio of customers and will co-ordinate workflow to ensure a seamless service.
Were looking for self motivated and enthusiastic people, ideally with a sound knowledge of specialist financial services and products and the confidence to deal with high net worth clients who have specialist banking needs.
