You'll have our full support and great training from the moment you join us. You'll receive up to 6 weeks in-house training, so while previous experience in insurance would be a plus, it's not essential as you'll receive all the help you need to reach your full potential.

You'll be an excellent listener who genuinely enjoys dealing with and helping people and you'll love to talk. You'll be able to use these skills to build relationships over the telephone with our customers.

You'll have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and be competent using a computer keyboard.

Working within our Copley Customer Services Centre, you'll be speaking to our household insurance customers, registering and progressing their home insurance claims and putting their needs at the heart of what you do. You'll typically be working a 35-hour week across a rota of varying shift patterns designed to cover our normal opening hours.
