We Are Looking For A Telephone Based Executive To Join Our Thriving Team, Bringing Value To Our Customers.

The Position Is A Varied Role And Will Require Contacting Existing Customers Only, To Retain Their Business And To Up Sell, If The Product The Customer Is Receiving May Not Be The Best For Them. You Will Be Ambitious And Regularly Meet Sales Targets. You Must Have The Desire To Learn And Be Able To Develop A Good Understanding Of Company Processes And Procedures. You Must Be Target Driven And Be Willing To Reach And Exceed Given Goals.

You Will Be Involved In Some Element Of Customer Relations, As You Will Be Dealing With Issues That May Have Occurred, Providing A Solution To Ensure The Customer Is Getting Maximum Satisfaction.

You Must Be Able To Objection Handle And Have An Excellent Telephone Manner, You Will Also Have To Prioritise And Organise Your Own Work Load.

The Role Is Full Time Based On 37.5 Hours Per Week And Is Worked On A Shift Basis With Some Flexibility To Suit; Between Monday To Friday, 9am To 7pm And Saturdays 10am To 3pm.

Generous Commission Structure Available With OTE £19000+.
