We are a South London housing association, with good transport links, and we are looking for candidates who have had a solid educational background, who are energetic and who like dealing with the public. Most of this contact will be on the telephone and we need people with an excellent telephone manner, who can work in a fast-paced environment and who can deal positively and sympathetically with people who may be experiencing difficult situations.
We will need you to answer the telephones, give some basic advice (for which you will be trained), support other members of the team and generally be proactive and willing to help out with a variety of tasks. You will need to be administratively competent, and IT literate, although we will train you on our systems.
