MedicAnimal.com is a young, rapidly growing one-stop online shop for pet owners, offering a comprehensive catalogue of pet products that range from prescription medicines, to premium quality pet diets and accessories.
Our team is young, vibrant and passionate about changing the face of pet health care in Europe. Whilst our rapid growth means that we work hard, we have a lot of fun together and often socialise as a group outside of office hours. The office environment is fast-paced but very supportive, and there is vast scope for individuals to learn and grow their own skill set. We encourage our staff to use their initiative fully, and are very receptive to new ideas.
Primary Duties:
Answer calls, emails and livechat in a busy Customer Care team and first point of contact for our UK customers.
Additional duties:
To perform any additional duties as required to deliver a high standard of customer care strategy;
Assist the other teams within MedicAnimal as reasonably requested.
Requirements:
Excellent and fluent English language skills equivalent level of fluency
Customer Service experience most welcome
French, German and Spanish language skills would be desirable but not required.
Personal qualities:
Friendly and able to work in the cool-working environment provided by MedicAnimal.
