Reporting into the Head of Credit Control, this position is a key, strategic role and will involve mentoring and growing a dedicated team through times of change.

Applicants will have exceptional Credit Control experience with proven competency at running their own ledger and managing a team.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the team are;

* Ensuring customers pay to agreed terms
* Maximising monthly cash collections against targets set
* Minimising the risk of bad debt
* Resolving all customer queries in a timely manner
* Reviewing customer credit limits

You will also be responsible for leading and mentoring the team, recruiting and holding regular 121's
