Flexible working hours, approx 20 - 30 per week

Wise Property Care is Scotlands leading preservation company providing specialist services for the identification and treatment of woodworm, wet & dry rot,
rising damp, basement waterproofing, structural repairs and Japanese Knotweed Control
Due to an impending retirement, an opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to help support our branches within our Head Office based in Barrhead, Glasgow.
The day to day job includes:
Managing and controlling accounts
Processing payments
Assisting with invoicing
Co-ordinating with branches to ensure invoices are sent on time
General Sage administration
Helping the accounts team on a day to day basis
General task assistance
Ideally, successful candidates will have:
Credit control experience within the construction industry
Experience using Sage
Previous experience within a professional services environment is desirable
Very strong computer literacy, including: Excel, Word,
previous administrative experience
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time management skills
