Dear All,
A friend and I are in the process of completing a homemade fanzine based on all forms of creative writing. We feel as though the North East has so much talent and the publications being brought out today aren't a good representation of that. Hopefully you'll forward this on to as many people as possible as we need to collect as many examples to prove our point. People can email us with whatever they fancy, short stories, snippets of longer stories, poetry, little bits of script, even just ideas they're working on. If anyone is as sick of slick as we are and fancies writing for Material then that would be fantastic. With your help and contributions I'm sure we'll be able to make something that holds substance over style and something that everyone involved with will be proud of.
