Shoreditch Bars Group, a fast-paced and dynamic business operating six bars and club venues together with a Private Members Club throughout East and Central London.

THE JOB: Executive/Head Chef (full time)
Are you an experienced and passionate Head Chef looking for new challenges in an exciting environment? This could be the role for you!

THE ROLE: An exciting hands-on opportunity to set up and run the opening team of our new Private Members Club in East London, as well as managing our existing teams at our other venues.
Qualifications and Technical skills:
As Executive/Head Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen.
You will be employing, training, managing and motivating your team of staff based across our 6 bars and clubs, ensuring that ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team. The catering varies from club to club, from bar snacks to high end gourmet meals.
Solid and proven management and kitchen management skills are essential along with a stable background. You should be a creative and talented chef with exceptionally high standards who can lead their team by example and inspire them.
You must have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine and the right candidate will ideally be experienced in good fresh food and fine dining kitchens (preferably with knowledge of European, Middle Eastern & Asian cuisine).
You will need strong leadership skills, be able to create and set up varied menu's suitable for our 6 bars and clubs and have excellent customer service skills,
