A small long established company in an unique niche market, designing and manufacturing display cases and covers, mounts and armatures for antiques, museum artefacts, sculptures and works of art for major Galleries, private collectors and historic houses, working in Acrylic, brass, marble, wood etc. requires a self motivated Office Manager to join the Marketing and Production team to help run the Company.

The job involves:
All aspects of office administration and monitoring existing procedures
Liaise with clients on all levels, with good telephone manner
Scheduling Production, liaise with workshop
Raising Invoices, Purchase Orders and bookkeeping entries
Director’s Diary, co-ordinating client visits
Handling of Artefacts
System maintenance, neat hand writing
On occasions, assisting on client visits

Attributes:
Ability to work on own initiative
Sound knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and Excel
Graduate caliber
Sales and Marketing experience useful but not essential
Practical and artistic abilities an advantage
Some knowledge of Sage Accounting or bookkeeping helpful
An understanding of the Arts an advantage
Willingl to ‘muck in’ wherever necessary
Support the smooth running of small company

Location not on bus route, own car essential with clean driving license
Non-smoker
