Experience And Qualifications:
-Designing Creative Concepts And Delivering To Brief In An Agency
Environment
-Ability To Work With Tight Deadlines, Successfully Delivering On Time And To
Budget
-Knowledge Of Industry And Design Trends, Including Digital
-Excellent Time Management Skills With A Sense Of Urgency;
-Conceptual And Creative Thinking Essential
-Excellent Mac Skills, Fully Conversant With InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop,
3ds Max And Sketchup Skills Are Also Of Great Interest To Us, As Are Hand
Drawing Digital Illustration Skills Using A Wacom Tablet
-Creative Crafting Skills – Ideas, Typography, Layout, Colour, Composition,
Materials Etc
-Good Communication Skills And Experience On Working With Cross-
Functional Teams In Brief Development And Translation To Concept

Responsibilities:
-Go Above And Beyond To Deliver And Exceed Client Expectations, And
Bring To Life The Creative Vision Of The Ideas Proposed To, Or Briefed By, The
Client (idea Generation, Mock-ups, 2d/3d And Digital Design)
-Participating In Brainstorms
-Design And Execution Of Agency Branding; Establishing Brand Guidelines
-Developing Creative Concepts For Agency’s Development Initiatives
(brochures, Credentials, Marketing Kits, Presentation, Pitch Theatre)
-Design Promotion Concepts And Create Designs Ready For Print
-Advocate The Integrated Experiential Platform And Collaborate With
Creative Director To Communicate The Vision Of Campaign Concepts And
Effectively Communicate That Vision To Colleagues And Clients By Skillfully
Crafting Content And Mock-ups.
