Creative Adobe Flash ELearning Designer / Developer - £25,000 To £30,000 P.a. (depending On Experience)

Based: Lewes, East Sussex (easy Commute From Brighton)

The Flash Designer / Developer Will Work As Part Of A Small, Talented And Highly Motivated Creative Team, Developing Complete Solutions, Including The Design, Coding And Testing Of Flash Applications. As A Flash Designer / Developer, You Will Work On A Wide Range Of Interesting ELearning Projects For Blue Chip Customers With Ample Opportunity To Utilise Your First Class Creative Skills As Well As Your Flash Development And ActionScripting Abilities.

Our Client Is A Leading Developer Of Bespoke Interactive Software And Has Built Up One Of The UK's Most Experienced And Respected Multimedia Development Teams, Delivering Diverse Projects For Dozens Of Blue Chip Clients Both In The UKand Abroad. Due To The Continued Success Of The Company And The Growing Client Base, There Is An Urgent Need For An Experienced Designer / Developer To Join The Team (ideally On A Full-time Employed Basis But There Is Also An Ongoing Need For Freelancers).

The Flash Designer / Developer Must Have:
* Proven Experience Of Adobe Flash And ActionScript 2.0 / 3.0 Design And Development
* Strong Multimedia Graphic ( Photoshop ) And Flash Design Skills
* Ability To Create Complex Interactions Using ActionScript
* Strong Time Management Skills
* Maturity To Take Ownership Of Their Own Work


Experience Of Any The Following Is Also Advantageous:
* SCORM
* MDM Zinc 2 Or 3
* ASP.NET
* Database Integration
* HTML, CSS Layout And JavaScript
* Dreamweaver
* 3D Modelling
* Any Experience Using Version Control Systems (SVN, CVS)
